How do I create my Zoom account?

Visit and click Sign in to get you WCU Zoom account created. You will sign in using your campus credentials, your WCUid and password. Your WCUid everything before @ in your email address.

When should I use Zoom?

Zoom is a great resource to use for meetings, class groups, interviews, and much more. With Zoom you can easily setup and schedule your own meetings, even at the last minute.

Will my attendees need to install Zoom?

No, attendees can just click the join URL in the invitation and launch Zoom in the browser. Zoom will walk them through anything they need to get started.

What login do I use for Zoom?

The Zoom login is your WCUid (everything before @ in email) and your standard password.

How do I download Zoom?

Visit to download the Zoom client for your computer. You can also download browser extensions if you would prefer to run Zoom from the your browser. On your phone and tablet, search for Zoom in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to download it.

How do I schedule a meeting?

It’s easy to schedule a Zoom Meeting. From the Zoom application, you can click “Schedule” on the home page. From the browser, you can click “Schedule A Meeting” in the right corner. Both of these options allow you to save the event to your calendar and invite attendees.
