How do I request assistance?

Visit help.wcu.edu and submit a ticket with the event information. 

What kind of support can ITVS provide?

IT Video Services is here to provide advanced services for non-routine or complex events such as:

  • Video Streaming
  • Event Recording
  • Interactive Collaboration
  • Academic Video Projects

ITVS requests at least 1 week notice for scheduled support needs. Technician time is scheduled on first come, first serve basis, please reach out as early as possible.

 

Do you have rooms we can use for events?

The ITVS team has a classroom and conference room available in the Camp building for specific events. We can also coordinate with you to identify campus space to meet your needs.

Other self service resources available?

The Technology Commons partnered with ITVS to provide video and phone conferencing equipment for checkout. These items can be used to help set up any room for video conferencing. Visit checkout.wcu.edu to reserve equipment online.
